Coach Lorenzo Anthony, also known as Coach Zo, hails from Loreauville, Louisiana, and is a proud alumnus of Southern University A&M in Baton Rouge, where he earned a B.S. in Allied Health. During his undergraduate years, Coach Anthony gained invaluable hands-on experience, spending two years in the Athletic Training Program. His internships included a junior placement with the Scotlandville High School Strength and Conditioning Program and a senior internship with Southern University's Strength and Conditioning Program.

After graduating in 2014, Coach Anthony further solidified his expertise by obtaining his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Over the past six years, he has built an impressive career as a strength and conditioning specialist, gaining experience in outpatient rehabilitation, inpatient rehabilitation, and chiropractic settings. Additionally, Coach Anthony holds certifications in BTE Human Performance and USA Weightlifting (USAW) Level 1, providing him with a unique skill set that combines functional anatomy, strength training, and rehabilitation/prehabilitation techniques for athletes of all levels.

In 2018, Coach Anthony moved to Dallas, where he expanded his influence as the Strength and Conditioning Specialist for Baylor Scott and White. He also served as the Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Rehab Manager at a biophysics chiropractic clinic. This diverse experience, coupled with his membership in the National High School Strength Coaches Association, has equipped Coach Anthony with a well-rounded understanding of athlete development and care.

Working alongside physical therapists, occupational therapists, strength coaches, sport-specific coaches, and medical professionals has allowed Coach Anthony to develop a distinctive ability to create elite athletes, keep them injury- and pain-free, and ensure they reach their highest potential. His comprehensive approach to strength, conditioning, and rehabilitation empowers athletes to perform at their peak and sustain long-term success.
